Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY DETAILS

- We offer a 60-day, no questions, 100% Satisfaction guarantee or your money back. Please contact us for return requests.

- Upon receiving the returned items back to the facility, a refund will then be issued to the purchasers’ credit card.

- Once the refund has been issued the customer will be notified via email and it can take 3-5 business days for the purchasing funds to appear back on the purchasers’ card depending on who the credit card provider is.

RETURNS

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your items for a refund within 60 days of the purchase date. The refund will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) to the same form as the original payment type. 

Please email us atsupport@criticalvelocitynutrition.com to begin the return/refund process. Provide your order number in the subject line and refund request.

Ship your return items to 2800 Raeford Rd, #87436, Fayetteville, NC 28304. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Of Note:

- Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package. 

-If the product was damaged during shipping, attach a photo of the damaged goods to your email.

- In case the following conditions are not met Critical Velocity Nutrition reserves the right to or refuse the return.

- Items must be returned for a refund within 60 days of original purchase.

- Items and packaging must be received in a new condition (Items cannot be opened).

- The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged.

- Packaging must include all original items.

- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box.

- Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

- Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available forunopened supplements andapparel if the request is made within 60 days of your order’s purchase date. 

OF NOTE (The Following Criteria’s must be met):

- Exchanges are available only forUnopened Supplements.

- Exchanges are available only forUnopened Apparel.

- If apparel is returned with use, deodorant, perfume, make-up, hairs or fibers, dander, dust or dirt it does not meet our return criteria and will not be accepted.

- Please email us atsupport@criticalvelocitynutrition.com to begin the return/refund process. Provide your order number in the subject line and size request/change request in the email body.

- Sales Products are not available for return/exchange.

- Limited Edition products are not available for refund/exchange.

- Please reference the apparel size guidelines provided on the product overview page.

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so if it has not been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
